Katsu is only one Japanese restaurant in Nay Pyi Daw. There are many sets and items in Izakaya-style. During lunch time, lunch sets are served without VAT.

Excellent food. Good ambiance. Good service. Clean toilets (a surprise in Myanmar). Prices are higher than other places but not too expensive. Worth a try.

The only Japanese izaka-ya (casual food and Japanese-style pub) in NPT. The food is generally OK (for native Japanese) but not great compared to some izakayas in Yangon.
