This hotel has beautiful views out of the lake, good sized modern rooms, reliable hot water and a solid all you can eat breakfast buffet. We stayed here three nights. They are mixed with the cleanliness. When we first arrived, the bedrooms and linens were clean, but they didn't empty the trash in the bathroom and left a soap wrapper from previous occupants in the shower. They didn't make our beds, change the towels, or restock the toilet paper on any of the days of stay. They were friendly and immediately took care of things when we asked but they didn't have an "oh sorry for the oversight" kind of response. It seemed as though they didn't know that these are standards of practice in operating a hotel. I would still stay here for the good rates, view and breakfast. Just know that you have to ask for things.

Have a beautiful view as it's beside the lake. WiFi is a bit slow and would like to suggest to prepare alternative breakfast for guests who stay there for two or three days.

We have stayed here many times. The rooms are bright, clean and spacious with a good view, but not fancy. The staff are very pleasant and seek to be very accommodating even with limited English ability. The hotel is quite a distance from the main part of the city so you will need a tour guide with a car or the hotel can call a taxi for you. Breakfast usually consists of fried eggs, Burmese noodles, white toast, some fruit, coffee or tea. It is a good basic hotel with a good price compared to other hotels in Loikaw.

The rooms are comfortable and affordable. The bathroom is also clean and hygienic. Great for a few night stay. Only a few improvements: missing telephone to call reception so that customers won't have to climb the stairs every time they need something, slippers for the room and a rack for the bathroom. Otherwise, my stay here has been pleasant. The view of the lake is not the best but the sound of birds in the morning is nice to wake up to.

On one hand,The rooms are nice and clean. It has a good lake view there. The environment there is mostly quiet.
On the other hand, there has no mini bar, no internal telephone system (you need to use your mobile to call reception), no kitchen (you can't order any food). You can only buy water there.response / report this review -
