If you have low expectations, you'll be pleased.
Easily fits the bill of a supermarket. Has your basic groceries. If it was left at that, I would have given a 5 star rating.
However because it chose to be a mall, it brought upon itself this downfall.
Don't go here to get anything useful. Only few clothes shop (and 1 of them is for men), one ice cream parlor, a toy shop, a bag store, a Japanese store offering the usual goods from Japan, one shoe shop limited to women sandals, a basic phone shop limited to 2 metres in length and miraculously one undergarments shop, again for women
Do yourself a favor and limit yourself to shopping for basic groceries here

Junction Zawana is not the big shopping center.It has only two, the ground floor and the first floor.
On the ground floor, you can buy food, canned food, juice,fruits, vegetables, milk products and so on.
On the first floor, you can buy clothes,
shoes , bags and fancy things.
There is no basement car parking.
You can park your cars next to the building!

A good place for shopping at this area, City Mart and about 35 store inside the shopping mall. Some fast food and snacks are also available in front of the shopping mall.

Not bad have City Mart.. some stores fashion but only one restaurant and an ice-cream shop but they are more street foods in front of the Junction Zawanna.

The place is a bit crowded, and very frw dedicated car parking. Outlets on first floor are a bit out dated and sometimes even covered in dust. A good place to get everyday stuffs though

Busy supermarket on main level. Ice cream shop upstairs and useful Japan Shop with every item for below two thousand Kyat. Clothing shops, cell phones, shoes, and toys upstairs. Bakery downstairs with fresh break and coffee.
