  I enjoyed my stay there very much. The personal was very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable, I had a fridge, a sink, a TV and an AC in my room. The food in the restaurant is cheap and very good and a lot!
  Showers and toilets were outside and esp. the toilets were quite dirty every day. They have only one automatic Scooter for renting for all their guests which is not enough.

  Very friendly staffs there.
  They even washed my car for free when I was staying there.
  A decent hotel in Pyay near tha-yay-khitara.
  Very near to downtown too.
  Nice rooms with attached bathrooms.
  A bit small though.
  They also of mini (tiny) swimming tubs.

  People in Myanmar are incredibly friendly, these guys are a whole new level. They are so willing to smile, help out and make sure that your stay and your trip to Pyay is as good as it possibly can be. The twin room is clean and very well priced with aircon and the comfiest bed I have had in a long time while travelling, I slept like a baby. Th motel has a roof top where you can enjoy views while eating breakfast or chill at night while drinking a beer, fantastic. It is conveniently located next to the bus station.
  I would recommend staying here?
