The room at 95us$ per night was roomy. Couple of design flaws. TV was put up in a corner wall which was a strange way to watch. Shower tub was raised so high that it was a acrobatic challenge to get in and out.
Worst was the in-room menu ordera cheese burger was yet to materialize even after one hour of ordering and a reminder in between. The reception staff has very little knowledge of English and I was struggling to explain about the food order.

A very nice modern hotel, with affordable prices. Recommend it. Also has car parking.
