The staff are all nice, the room and breakfast are great considering the price i paid The only drawback i guess is the lack of lift coz i was initially given a room at 8F, good thing they transfered me to 6F but going up and down in a steep staircase several times a day is like working out few times a day 😅

But overall, the hotel is great.

Really nice hotel with great buffet breakfast. The room was clean, modern and comfortable even if there were no window.

Room was very small, but that was ok. Not ok, that it had no window. Like other already posted, you could not see that in the hotel description. The biggest problem was the cleanliness of the room: the ground wasn't wiped, the bathroom was a awfull. There were lots of hairs, the sink was clogged with it. And finally we had roaches in our room.
The price is cheap an if they would try a little harder, this could be a nice place. But even for that price you can expect a certain standard of cleanliness.
So the stuff had to come up three times to correct the situation an even then we didn't feel well. So we had to leave one day earlier than planned. The manager refused a refund, even a partly refund.
Just personnel at reception was friendly

Great, the hotel is at a good location, the staffs are very friendly, the price is similar compared other hotel but with the high quality. Only one thing that I do not like is the hotel have 8 floors but do not have the elevator

Nice hotel in Yangon. We previously had a different hotel at the same price which was terrible. Great staff, great rooms and great breakfast. Only negative point is the 8 floors without elevator and heavy luggage. Bit then again the staff was really helpful in carrying them up.

Pros: many choices of breakfast, very helpful staff, speak English fluently, nice private room, quite equal with the price

Cons: no elevator (I was place on 6th floor)

There is NO window in all ensuite private room. Six stories building with no elevator. There was strong smell of insect spray when checking in.
