Nice place to hang out with friends because there are many bus line can be reached and also good place for shopping either in the mall or nearby Hledan area. I don't like the toilet system though, there is no air conditioning and bad smell always.

Looking for a spot to chill out? This Centre affords a basement food court with a lot of cheap choices for students. A good grocery is there with a quick lunch grab.

It is a nice shopping mall at a very good location. You can buy groceries at famous city mart. There is also a mini cinima which always shows Myanmar movie without English subtitles. There is also a CB bank and currency exchange counters.

One of the biggest mall in Yangon locating near famous Yangon University. Only a few shops are there and boring shopping experience. Citymart outlet locates in basement one.

I like it because of city mart market groceries store. It’s got some nice coffee shops and snacks store so I would go there sometime when I’m their area. However the whole shopping mall does not have variety of things to sell..

Average shopping mall that has seen better days and is now overshadowed by other malls like Junction City, Junction Center, and St.John (2018). The location is a price location with Hledan being a young people's favorite neighborhood. The management needs to see that and revamp the store lineup as well as the food offerings.

An ordinary shopping mall which provide variety of clothing and accessories. The food court on the ground floor offer different options of food including traditional, Thai, Japan, Korean food and some coffee.
The City Mart in there is very convenient for your grocery shopping.

It's a shopping mall. Nothing more, nothing less. They have many different kinds of shops, but mostly clothing and shoes. Also, some restaurants on the ground floor, but not many. But outside are plenty of restaurants to choose from when the shopping has made you hungry

That’s a great supermarket for the people live near that supermarket and students cross that supermarket. It also has ATMs. So we are very very comfortable. But one thing is stay being annoying to me. The parking fees. Parking fees are very expensive among supermarkets in Yangon. So I give 4Stars for the Best and keep 1Star for that parking fees.

Parking charges for the shoppers are really annoyed and not recommended for visit with own cars. Calculation for parking charge is usually questionable as well. Advised to leave your cars behind at home if plan to go this center.

In middle of town centre ~ Easy to get stuffs you want. Restaurants are not so many there. Prices are not that cheap. Only one movie theatre there for the entertainment.

OMG! I love this place this is my favourite place where i hang out tgere to eat Ramen the Ramen Shop, Ramen Monster is my favourite restaurant ever And tgere are more many other restaurants.. and some shows and events held here annually..

Anywhere with AC is great after walking from Hledan Train Station. We had coffee in one of the shops, was able to buy some of our electronic needs in one of the shops. Close to Inle Lake but not too close but since it's a walking day tour, we managed it.

Mid-sized mall with a supermarket and a small food court. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available mall-wide but is not very reliable. Walking distance to Inya Lake.

Located at a busy but easily accessible place, Hledan. Not far from other shopping centers like Junction Square and Sein Gay Har. A supermarket in the basement and a book store on the second floor. Ya Kun coffee shop at the Hledan road entrance.
