Looking for a serene eco-friendly get-away spot to avoid heat, chaos, and stress? This is such a gem on top of the mountains in Kalaw. You wake up to birds chirping and the breakfast is glorious, not to mention the genuine hospitality rendered by professional management who treats you like family.

The hotel staff were friendly! It is just about 5 to 10 minute walk to Kalaw market. At the same time, it offered a peaceful environment, being located on a hill surrounded with all the pine trees. So, the location had the best of both worlds! The room was nicely decorated! The breakfast there was good!

This place is run and operated by a lady who is really accommodating and genuinely nice. She speaks fluent English.
Cozy room.
Fabulous breakfast.
Quiet and tranquil ambience.
Friendly staff.
All is well.
Please note that the below is not compliant but some little things that you might find a tidbit annoying:
1) no television
2) no telephone
3) no heater
4) squeaking noise from plumbing

A super excellent stay and a short 500m walk downhill into town. The staff are very super helpful and kind, and the rooms are gorgeous. Highly recommended!

Peaceful and amazing location. Just 10 minutes walking from downtown, it feels like you are in a mountain resort. Great breakfast and helpful staff.
