Problem with hot water , unable to get hot water for three days and managed to get only on last day. Unable to adjust the hot water, either too hot or too cold. Breakfast is considered cheap breakfast compare to same rate hotel. The environment is quite and green. Hotel is also new and clean.

Staff is GREAT. Hotel grounds are really nice. I was satisfied enough with the room in the sense that it's Myanmar and you also get what you pay for. But the hidden moth balls in the room were killing me! Also was super cold at night, I should have asked for another blanket.

I love to stay there again. The most distinct thing is the friendly and helpful staff. The standard room is quite small and you should choose delux type if you plan to stay for a couple of days.

Overall, it was lovely - especially excellent hospitality. The breakfast was served with juice and I asked if it was natural. The lady said it wasn't and then noticing I didn't want artificial, juice she went and made a natural juice for me! So sweet - the people are genuinely kind and caring here. Nice rooms and beautiful property with a natural view. Breakfast was delicious. The only downside was that we were there in late March while they were doing crop or garbage burning and we got totally smoked out of our room. It wasn't as bad at night but lasted throughout the day.
