Good service, good price. Not the best location, quiet neighbourhood with lots of mosquito. Okay breakfast mainly serving local food. Generally clean. Far from tourist destinations and a little difficult to find especially when dark.

အရမ္းကိုအဆင္ေျပတဲ႕ေနရာေလးပါ။ တည္းခိုစရာေနရာမဟုတ္ပဲ ကို္ယ့္အိမ္ကိုေရာက္ေနသလိုပါပဲ။ ဝန္ထမ္းေတြကလဲ ဝန္ေဆာင္မႈေကာင္း။ ေဖာ္လဲေဖာ္ေရြပါတယ္။ ေနာက္ျပီးအစားအေသာက္ေတြမွာစားရတာ အရသာလဲရွိ။ ေစ်းလဲသက္သာတယ္ေလ။ေနာက္ဆို Green Days မွာပဲတည္းမယ္။

You might consider this hotel that you are supposed to arrive in Mandalay Bus station at early in the morning from Bagan/Kalaw/Inle lake or somwhere else, and take a flight in the morning.
I am writing this review to help you who are in same situation.
Anyway, I highly recommend this hotel.

I arrvied in Mandalay from Inle lake at 4.30am by night bus. When the bus was parking in the bus station, 10-20 taxi/motor-bike/tuktuk drivers are coming to the exit door to draw customer. I was stunned for a while, and shocked again because the taxi driver require 7,000MMK with non-sense excusion to go this hotel. It only takes 8min by car.

When I got the hotel, three staffs are waiting for me. They are not good at english but it was okay to check-in without any problem.

The hotel has no lift but very good air-conditioner makes me sleep well. I guess this hotel is newly opened cuz i smelled painting from the wall and taxi drivers don't know where it is.

8 in the morning, they called me to ask whether having breakfast in room or ground floor, so kind. Breakfast is not bad considering the hotel price.

I asked taxi to go to airport, it is 15,000MMK just same as from airport to Mandalay downtown. All staffs are very kind and nice, the man who seems like a supervisor or boss is very kind and helpful.
