  Just did the Foodie Tour by trishaw this morning. We only had a short time in Mandalay so this was a great way of finding good local eating places and eating local food. It was interesting to have the food explained too, both while we were eating and during the walk round the food market. We prepared by forgoing dinner the night before and breakfast on the day of the tour. We started eating at 8am and finished just before midday. There was always more food than we could eat - so I won't be eating lunch or dinner today!

  Phyo took us for a afternoon ride through the villages to the bridge. He took the time to answer all of our questions, offered plenty of photo opportunity and we ended our day with beautiful sunset. We highly recommend this tour and guide!

  Amazing!! I chose the morning tour, that I highly recommend if you want to discover the local culture & way of life: what food they eat, how they cultivate rice (i'm not spoiling you)
  
  At the end of the tour you get the chance to have a typical lunch in a cafe.

  We opted for the "Mandalay Morning Ride" which turned out to be the highlight of our stay in Mandalay, although ironically the best part of this bike ride was the fact it left the dusty city, for the beauty and calm of the surrounding countryside.
  
  Our guide Si was very knowledgeable and made the ride even better than we had hoped it could be, more importantly he was a thoroughly nice guy and good fun to spend some time with.
  
  We had already done the normal sight seeing activities the day before, so I guess our excitement had re-focused on looking forward to the boat ride to Bagan well Grasshopper Adventures gave us a new highlight to our journey through Myanmar and we would recommend this ride around Mandalay to everyone. Great guide, easy riding with good company and plenty of laughsthe perfect way to enjoy the people & surrounding countryside of Mandalay. Visiting local cottage industries is totally fascinating and something you just cant do well on your own. Great value for money, thank you.

  Tolle halbtags Tour, mit Sunset an der UBeinBruecke! Ausgezeichnet organisiert, und unser Guide Than war einfach Spitze! Nicht nur landschaftliche Höhepunkte, haben auch viel über Land, Leute, Kultur und Denke hier erfahren. Jederzeit wieder!

  Een echte aanrader. Onder begeleiding van vriendelijk, behulpzaam en goed Engels sprekende tourgids door Mandalay gefietst.
  
  In de dagtour onder andere de lokale markt, een authentieke rijst en groente boer bezorgd. Doordat het de dag van de volle maan was werd aangeboden om bij een bruiloft te gaan kijken.
  
  Daarnaast luistert de staff goed naar je persoonlijke wensen en heb je genoeg tijd om alles te bekijken, foto's te maken en dingen te vragen.
  
  Kortom; zeker doen als je het leuk vond om te fietsen en wat wil zien van de regio.
