Although the restaurant was not busy, service was horrible. Service was extremely slow, beer was warm and the waiter didn't seem to know what to do, nor could him speak any English.
Food was just ok. If want a really good Chinese food in Mandalay go to Super 81.

Tasty food for good price. We have ordered small (small means half duck)portion of duck for two people with a cabbage and rice and it was absolutely enough for two people get full. Everything we' ve ordered was tasty. The restaurant looks very luxurious, service looks the same but prices are very friendly for everyrhing you get.

Fine food, moderate prices. The place was crowded and we had to wait for ordered food for about 30 minutes or more. Communication with the staff in English was problematic.
