  Very fair price ($23 for two twin beds); the room was clean, the staff were friendly, and they have an underground parking area for motorbikes that they lock at night. The hot water functions (important for Lashio) and the beds are comfortable enough.
  
  Our plumbing produced a weird smell on the first day, but it went away after a few hours.
  
  The fifth star could have been earned if the hotel wasn't doing a huge construction project that caused the whole building to be filled with dust.

  Cheap, comfortable & Good. Nice & Clean. I recommend it. A room with 2 single beds cost 15$ only.
