With 12 USD per night for a double room without AC good backpackers choice. Dorms are also available for half the price. Standard is average, WiFi and breakfast included.

Cheapest room is on 5th floor so lots of walking as there's no lift. No wifi from our room. Hot. Not great but the price is ok for myanmar (I.e. a bit expensive)

Wifi and breakfast included. Cheapest rooms on top (5th) floor so quite annoying. Not clean enough to walk batefoot. Rooms tidy and tooth brush tooth paste soap shampoo towels all provided. Double room 15000ks or 12$ Owners are knowledgable. Can request for myanmar rice for breakfast. Egg toast banana included. Recommended to rent bike elsewhere, though prices are good. 8000ks

Do not rent bikes from this place! We rented a motorbike for a day, after 15 minutes it broke down on the motorway and we had to wait over an hour for a replacement. The manager then had the cheek to deny all knowledge of sending two guys with the replacement and refused to refund any money. Infuriating.

Dated but clean rooms. Nice breakfast but make sure you are not late, otherwise it won't be served. Staff was happy to give us a discount on one of the air con rooms. Went back twice and would go back again :)
