  First satellite city in Yangon with nearly complete facilities like eateries shopping mall school community centre n recreation facilities.even though it was beautifully designed in the beginning, recent extension of several hundreds houses in addition to original project caused the city overstretch n nearly jammed recreation facilities such as swimming pool overcrowded..gardens n open space are used up for new buildings.roads in extension area are narrow and lots curve as compared to original broad straight road..no water supply for new homes so you need to solely depend on water from deep well which is risky to get very good water..not good for long term since this city is very near to river so the ground is basically softyet Wells are dug in each and every 400 square metre suck hundreds of tons daily
