  It's at the top-most floor (9th floor) of Esperado Lake View Hotel. Complimentary buffet breakfast is also served in this rooftop restaurant. Dining guests are welcome to this All Day dining restaurant.

  Great view, pretty good menu (in dollars!!! aka - pricey), takes Visa (hmm.. and possibly other cards??), some hit-'n-miss live music.
  Huge downside is they have no clue how to use acoustic deadening on the ceiling to help chillout the racket that builds up as conversations start to flow and subpar music starts rolling..

  Not a bad place for rooftop bar. Nice view but car parking can be a hassle at the wrong time.

  The only bar/restaurant I would rate 100% as everything about this place is just perfect.
  
  A very hygeinic place with the perfect view that covers both Shwe Dagon Pagoda, and the famous Kandawgyi park. Excellent service with a very impressive menu, and very reasonable pricing compared to other bars/restaurants I have visited in Yangon.

  Great view over the Kandawgyi Lake. Prices are amazing, you can drink, smoke and eat there almost for free! Service is nice and the place is clean. Would come back there anytime!
