  Unprofessional approach, poor service, expensive.
  In a city, you can buy the same trips for 30% of their price.

  The worst company ever.
  
  I had to pay extra for a complimentary transfer.
  
  I had to pay extra because their bank took some additional charges.
  
  An English speaking driver doesn't know words like a shop, meal, eat, currency exchange, how old, how far etc.
  
  Their cars are wracks. During a 6 days trip, we stuck for 1 hour on the highway and were 3 times in a garage.
  
  I ordered one driver throughout our trip and anyway, they switched as they wanted.

  I highly, highly recommend this tour company. We had just arrived in Myanmar and had nothing put together for our trip. As soon as we walked into their office, we immediately felt at ease, as Hanzar and his staff explained our options in AMAZING ENGLISH and helped us book bus tickets and a hike from Kalaw to Inle Lake. We later found out that they normally book tours for groups but they helped us out anyway! Our bus and hike went flawlessly and we can only credit the amazing contacts of Elate Myanmar Travels and Tours for it. I would gladly work with them again. Thank you all so much! You made our trip to Myanmar seamless and unforgettable :)

  I cannot praise this agency enough. They were recommended by my hotel in Yangon and provided an excellent service from arrival to departure. Easy to work with in arranging an itinerary, they suggested sights and excursions which were not in the guidebooks, but definitely worthwhile. The guides were experienced and knowledgeable; we especially enjoyed the guide from Bagan to Mandalay, who seemed to take a strong personal interest in ensuring we missed nothing. The owner of the firm, a delighful woman named Hanzar, made sure that everything went smoothly.
  Finally, their quote for the service was extremely competitive.
  I can see why they took their name from "elated" and would definitely use them again.
