  This place was decent. The staff were really nice. Didn't speak much English at all. The rooms were clean but loud at night and the free breakfast wasn't much. I think just toast. The location was pretty bad. Not a touristy area at all so everywhere I went I felt uncomfortable and eventually made my experience in mandalay subpar because of this. Such a shame! Because I've heard great things about it
