  This is shopping center u can buy with fair price. Locate in center of town and difficult to find shops because of no direction signboard or building map.

  Its a mix development building with service apartment, restaurants, supermarket and departmental store. Both local goods and imported goods are sell. Normally crowded at weekends and teenagers. Nice place to shop with variety of products for every one. They do have super market, bakery, branded goods, cinema as well. Near by also have other shopping centers and food places to eat around and shop around. The place is near to sanchaung which is popular with food shops for locals and foreigners.

  Just a typical local mall. The interesting thing is that all shops are occupied and prices are reasonably low. Compared to some upscale malls we visited that are not fully occupied.
  Mall needs to be kept clean at all times, possibly to enforce no spitting rule.

  Security is a joke. Metal detectors and wands which they don't even use. As a foreigner I walked straight in with no bag search or asking anything.
