Found this local place that serves coffee and food which is near Shangri-la Service Apartment. Many locals come over here for coffee and tea from observation.

Local Food, Fried Rice, Fried Noodle, Fresh brew various coffee types with reasonable price. ("Six Six" in Myanmar voice pronunciation mean Pure e.g. Real Steel - "Steel Sixx Sixx")
