For some obscure reason, this course is also called YCDC. Never mind that. Thing is, there is no signboard for YCDC. Only for City Golf Resort. So do not be confounded when your driver sends you there and tells you it is YCDC. Thank and tip him for knowing it is the right course.
Be warned that they adhere to a strict dress code that disallows even the slightest of deviation from their prescribed attire. Cargo pants, for example, are out. You will be asked to buy a new pair in their pro shop before they let you on the course.
But you will not regret playing here. Bermuda grass on fairways are well maintained. Greens are fairly fast but manageable without too many surprises.
The only bugbear is the wet and soggy rough which can plug your ball and turn your golf shoes brown with mud.
Overall an agreeable course to play as the terrain is generally flat and the holes are all moderately difficult. To carry your ball over water hazards is not problematic even for the average golfer.
The most distinctive landscaping feature is that two of the tee boxes are shaped in the form of a crocodile and a turtle, in 3-D, no less.
