Very nice and cozy place, helpfull staff, perfect good breakfast. For diner, best food i ate in a month of myanmar, so even when your the only one, please do order! Very tastefull! (Showers bit chilly, no arco on top floor, but top floor best choice!)

It is a small budget hotel, although there are no facilities but it's worth the price, which includes breakfast, located in the downtown with easy access to various attractions.

Good location but indeed overpriced for what you get.Lazy staff.I was left with no towels for my whole stay. Weird hotel management,I paid for a double room for 4 nights but my travelbuddy only checked in last night .. they refused to allow him in the room because they had not seen him yet and probably thought he was a prostitute 😑 the entrance is shut down at night you have to wake 'em up to let you out and later back in if you're jet-legged and wanna go 4 a night walk.My advice:sleep somewhere else!
