Stumbled upon this place while out on a bike ride. Went to take a look and was greeted by a friendly old man who invited us to join him for tea in the temple. Though he didn't speak much English we were able to have a fun conversation, and soon more locals were curious and joined us for tea. Afterwards they showed us around the temple, which was much more humble and less flashy than some of the touristy ones in Yangon. What a serendipitous stop on our bike ride and a nice chance to interact with locals.
