Bagan Book House has a lot of historical books as a reference.

Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn of Tge Royal Thailand always visited and used to buy in here.

A bit difficult to find but has a decent collection of English language books about Burma. We had a lovely time chatting with the owner who is very helpful with book suggestions. Also have a nice collection of Burmese art prints.
