This place is basically just an English speaking guy stood at a moped hire stall acting as a translator so you can hire a tourist boat from a local at sunset. Be warned though - the from the village kids trying to sell you stuff afterwards are so cute you'll have difficulty saying no. EiEi has some very nice bracelets that I would thoroughly recommend as souvenirs.
