Smoking bar, on 2nd floor, not recommend for those who have walking difficulties!! Price is ok, 1 small Myanmar premium beer 3,000 MMK. Most of customers are local. Have Live music (1 guitar - good job!!). No luxury, not romantic, no city view, no draft beer, but ok for chill out. Staff can speak English.

B2O Roof Bar is accessed via the side stairs outside the downstairs cafe and located on the rooftop of a presumably 2-Storeyed building. It can seat 40-50 customers. The view from the bar is limited due to its relatively short height. Still, you can enjoy the beauty and serenity offered by the peak of the pagoda (Nga Htat Gyi pagoda) across the road.
Food is great although cocktails can be improved.
Live music is a plus!
