Stumbled upon this little tea shop while roaming around and looking for a quiet place to enjoy a book. While not that quite (pop music streaming from sizeable speakers), it definitely allowed for reading in a company of locals and with a cup of Myanmar-style tea for 500 kyat only. They also have a food menu and judging by plates of people sitting nearby, it's not bad.
