This big Pagoda is worth to visit. There is a big bell and many places to pray. There are many shops around and one of the biggest pagoda at the east part of Yangon.

One of the famous pagoda in Yangon. By the undetermined history, pagoda was built when 8 year after Gautama Buddha' enlightenment. A sacred hair of Buddha was housed inside the pagoda.Height of pagoda is 204.4 feet and base circle diameter is 358 feet.( According to the stone letter )
