The staff are nice very helpful. Though outside the Airport you meet guys who are not controlled.. selling all sorts of items including exchanging money on hands amd selling SIM cards.

New termninal which has recently started is good and speciace moreover the flooring which they have used is excilent. Only problem in the terminal is that the checkin bridge they have make is not speciace and bit complicated.

Alao the immigration counter is very less on departure after secuirty check police man again ask to check your bag personaly just to make money which is harassment of pessengers.

Arrival was great, but leaving was terrifying. I was super scared when they took my passport to a different room without even trying to communicate with me why and left me for what seemed like 30 minutes just to panic. Then nobody tried to explain to me why they did it and just let me go. Then security didn't even look at my ID (passport) but made me sit and wait for a while while nobody went through security, then at his whim, let me through without checking anything 5 minutes later, and unprompted. Don't know what on earth is going on here besides making some young white volunteer from America scared.

Decent airport that serves its purpose. One cafeteria at departure area and few craft shops and duty free shops with basic liquors, perfume, and cigarettes. Taxis are in very poor condition though. One ATM is available outside between departure and arrival outside entries, and another inside at the luggage pick up zone (FCFA only). During daytime, Orange boutique is available at the landside of the building for SIM card and airtime. Have your pen prepared to fill up health (on departure) and for passport control declarations (arrival & departure). Overall, a very fast processing for passengers. If you don't have luggage to pick up, it normally takes 10-20 minutes from the moment you leave aircraft till the moment you leave the airport. Registration depends on airline and size of an aircraft. But the passport control and security check are quite fast.

The worst airport I have been in. There are dishonest criminals working in that airport. My luggage got missing in there, nobody in there knew what happened to it. For a whole week I was trying to find my luggage. Finally after a week the airport personnel said that they had confiscated my luggage. No reason was given why they had done that. Finally I found out that there was just some retarded Malian who wanted money to hand out my luggage.
Criminals are working in that airport, never go there, never visit the country!
