The service was averal good. The rooms neat and comfortable and the people nice. However, there was some construction going and service at the breakfast was slow.

The hotel is a 5 star hotel, very luxurious and elegant. There is a lot of construction going on, the pool and gym are not yet ready but should be within the next month. The food is good, though not much vegetables and fruits. But it's West Africa :). The rooms are perfection. Definitely consider it for your next visit!

The services are excellent. The room is very cosy. The TV has more than French channels. The only problem is the extent of security check you'll go through but that can be forgiven if one considers the region they find themselves in.

WiFi was fast for the first few nights of my stay, but slow for the last night. Nice place, good security, but is located on the side of a highway so it's not really possible to walk anywhere from the hotel

Undergoing renovations in 2017. Two of the hotel's biggest attractions, the pool and poolside cafe, are closed.
The restaurant remains very expensive, especially the breakfast buffet. Not very good value for money.
On the plus side, the hotel is very clean and quiet, and the wifi generally reliable.
Suggest you stay away until the renos are complete.

Though a standard place but the on going construction to increase capacity is a source of disturbance during afternoon especially if you're in any of the rooms on the 3rd floor and above.
