Macedonia is a beautiful and relatively undiscovered country. If you want to combine that adventure with comfort, this is the place to be. Off the beaten track from Ohrid and Skopje, but with perfect English speaking hosts. They let you experience their homeland with a lot of love. The nature, the silence, the extremely warm hospitality of the Macedonians, the pure food, the history and the (if it is up to them sustainable) future. A lovely place that I would like to recommend!

Villa Prespa is home away from home. If you like food & wine, authentic places and appreciate outdoor activities, such as biking and hiking this is your place. We loved the boat trip to the Snake Island. We enjoyed Villa Prespa as a couple very much and next time we will come with our friends. We will use Villa Prespa as a base to visit Bitola which is very close to Prespa. Bitola is known as Manastır in Turkey and it is where Atatürk, the founder of modern Turkey went to school. We are already excited.

Extremely nice. The hosts really know what they are doing. Clean, very well decorated, and a wonderful courtyard. We will come back for sure.
