  One of the oldest restaurant in Bitola. Family running place with excellent environment. The food is so delicious and extra service.

  I had a very bad experience here. Basically the staff was unpleasant. We were sitting outside in the garden section and it got chilly and since we were 8 people including my kid we asked the waiter to move is inside as there was plenty of room available and unbooked inside. The waiter said and I quote: "I can't go inside and outside 500 times". Basically he refused to do his job which is to take the orders serve the food and assist the clients. He also forgot our order of drinks and didn't serve it. We waited for 2 hrs for the food to arrive that we ordered. So he perhaps it's a nice place but the service is horrible. We had to remind the waiter to bring us paper napkins and that is one of the basic things they should place on the table. Also when the waiter was finally serving the food he didn't place it on the table but he passed the plates in our hands. He was lazy to circle around the table and put the plates in front of us :(. In my book this is a horrible service and I'm not even mentioning the fact that the waiter was grumpy the whole time. Yes the place is nice and pretty but if i have to wait 2 hrs for food and get a crappy service then no thank you. I won't be going there ever again. There are tons of places that have better food and service where they waiters aren't complete Gargamels
