Since 1978, Restoraunt Biser (Pearl) with its founder Veleski Spase sets revolutionary standards of preparation of grilled meat with the so-called "Leskovacka School " way.

Thanks to the quality, the kind attitude towards customers and the general popularity restaurant was simply called "Kaj Spase" (At Spase)
