Had the pork with honey and the lamb stew, it wasn't that bad but it wasn't amazing either. Stew is more like a soup and I expected a bit more. Furthermore the meat has a lot of bone, fat and other things, not that much meat. Service is friendly though. Bovin wine tastes good, subtle and smooth cabernet sauvignon

I ordered Pork roast in honey souce, one of the chef's specialities, in this cozy restaurant with a glass of beer. The food is really delectable as it is a speciality one!

Delicious local food. Our waitress was pleasant and helpful when we were deciding on our meals. We had the vege platter - highly recommend and the trout which was pan fried to perfection. A great experience!

Did not like it. Staff was not professional, food was not good (no taste). But probably I am too picky, and I got used to the Ohrid quality (Momir, Sv. Sofia etc.).

We had great time here with fabulous food. I recommend their house wine which is £2 for a small jug. I even preferred it to the expensive bottle of wine we had there (which is by the way was still very good and reasonable price compared with the uk)
We ordered Carb fish and seafood dish and cheese all were perfect.
Thank you to the Waitrose who was very attentive and did not close the Resturant till we left which was after the closing time. Just all very nice

Damar is a cosy restaurant next to the beautiful St. Sofia church. They have great traditional dishes, grilled meats and fish. We had a wonderful time!

We ordered a "happy hour complete menu" which is available between 14:00 and 17:00 (it costs 299 dinar or €4,8).
It consists of a salad, main course and a small dessert. Everything was great, the food was tasty and the service was fast
The portions are really big so we took one menu for two persons (and it was enough!).
The only downside was the lack of toilet paper in the toilet which is totally unacceptable.response / report this review
