Worst service I met in Macedonia. We've been waiting for >50min for our food (While the locals get their first dish within 10min) , they didnt even serve you bread or starter until We found we are forgotten. The food were prepared but no one is serving it so they came at the same time with the dried out Balkan plate. It will be a lot tastier if they can serve asap. Good environment and atmosphere

Sat down 6 people. Menus given. No waiter came to take order. Waited over 30 minutes. Got up and left.

Nice view of the lake, friendly service.
Cheap beer, food offer mainly consists of grilled meat or fish.

Great ambiance right on Lake Ohrid. Beautiful views and a variety of typical Macedonian dishes including a few fish and eel options. Lovely fresh salads and quick and friendly service.

We've taken mixed meat and "shopska" salad. Pretty tasty. Add two beers and you end up with 800 dukats so I believe the price is decent. Lake view is awesome!

Very surprised by negative comments. We ate here on two different occasions over the last couple of weeks. The food was good traditional Macedonian food. Fresh salads and good cheese and meat platters. Pork brochette was also excellent. Staff very pleasant.
Dalga doesn't look as modern as some of the other places around the waterfront but the food is excellent and also good value for money. If you want to get a good idea of some of the local dishes, between 2 people, we had Ajvar, Pindjur and Makhalo with bread and a Shopska Salad and then grilled trout to share (if In season)response / report this review -

Probably the worst restaurant I have ever had through my journey in entire Macedonia! I was the only one guest in the restaurant but it seems that waiter didn't care about me , he kept playing game on his computer and stood behind me , not to mention he put his hands in the mouth all the time which was very disgusting! the food was very salty and I can't believe that the main course was served before I finished the salad ! He didn't even ask anything about the food but the restaurant was not busy at all ! When I paid the bill and ready to leave he didn't catch my bill when I was ready which was very impolite , what if the change needed to be given ?? I always rely on TripAdvisor or google map to guide me great restaurants but I doubt this restaurant has such a high rating here ! Don't go there you will waste your money folks ! It was a terrible experience at all!

Restaurant is ok, not that rich in interior/exterior, ok food and a place by the water. Service is medium, dare I say selective toward the guests, if you look important you can expect great service, otherwise prepare to wait a bit. Food is good but not as good as a 4.8 stars restaurant should have. All the substances are there, but it ain't tasty as you expect it to be.
