An absolutely amazing experience. Igor and his coworkers will do anything to keep the rental process as easy and as comfortable as possible. They are entirely flexible to your plans and take care of everything for you. You won't need to worry about border crossings, extra fees, or anything else. I even had to change my dates last minute and they were very accommodating, actually giving me a better car than I had paid for because the original one wasn't available on my new dates. I did a lot of research before booking with them and I'm confident you won't find a better rate (or better service) when renting a car in the Balkans. 10/10 would rent again next time I'm coming through Skopje. It's just another level of service that you don't get from the larger operations, Budget, Avis, Hertz, etc.

The car that I rented was brand new, and worked flawlessly throughout our month of rough travel through Macedonia, Serbia, Albania and Greece. The car was crystal clean, and never had the slightest problem. Our agent, Igor, could not have been more pleasant, helpful or available. He is a great guy and a pleasure to work with. I very much look forward to working with him again.

Car and customer care was all great! I was met personally by the friendly staff at the bus station and taken to the car. My friend and I traveled through Macedonia, Albania and Greece for two weeks with no issue whatsoever with this year's model of a VW Golf. The car was very comfortable and got great mileage, too, at a very reasonable price. At the end of our trip, we were met at our hotel near the airport, so the drop off couldn't have been easier. I highly recommend working with Igor and his friendly staff at Rent a Car Skopje. Great, great, great from beginning to end.

Wow! Got the car rented with less than 10 min. I sent them a copy of my drivers licens and info they needed when i arrived all the paperwork was done. Car was spotless and ready. No issues with the car driving from Skopje to Greece at all. By far best prices in the city! Customer service is outstanding they were able to extend my car rental by a day on a very last min notice as well as they were very flexible on the time of the day when the car can be returned. Best of all if you are new to the city and dont have a phone number yet they will get to you through internet with facebook or viber promptly. I found this very helpful. I highly recommend Rent a car Skopje you are at the right place.
