  At present Pastel probably sells best bread in Skopje. But quality is not always standard. Services are always good.

  Lived in France and this is the closest you'll find in Skopje. Even the wait staff have a French laisses faire about them. Food is always great and consistent. Fair prices. Great chocolate and desserts if you just want an afternoon pick me up over coffee. Full menu with cocktails, too! Check it out.
