  Terrible customer service. Everything takes much, much longer than quoted - with no recourse or discount. They also order all parts from Germany, instead of using locally sourced parts - so it took 4 weeks to get a small part that took 30 minutes to change could be sourced locally in days (or minutes in Europe or the USA).
