Generally a busy place, but even without the crowd, it's hard to get decent and timely service. The quality of product and service they provide don't quite measure up the prices. Servers can be rude.

The food is great but the service is quite bad. The place is well known for it's waffles, but you should also try the salads. Have in mind that the plates are quite big. I would have given this place 5stars if the service was just a bit better.

Great food, waffles themed mostly, I really love it regarding that aspect.
Terrible service though. The service is so slow that you can go to a different restaurant, order, eat, and come back, and people would still be waiting for their order. Ive witnessed this happen.response / report this review -

Great outdoor teracce, quiet, chill place and they serve one of the best waffles in the city! The service can be slow, but it's worth the wait for the food.
