Ok food, beautiful place, atrocious service. Waiter basically told us we could sit outside or leave, shrugging his shoulders when we asked if he could be more helpful. Sat st the restaurant then, waited for hours.

Newly built Macedonian village. Kind of museum with a variety of very good traditional restaurants. Also the selection of Macedonian vines is great. Have been there for the vine festival.

Tradition at is finest. Excellent food, clean air and view over Skopje. Playground for the kids available. Strongly recommended!

Interesting place to see how the Macedonian way of life could have been in the past. This is like an Iowan air museum. There is also a hotel if you want to stay. Personally I think the hotel stay might be a tad bit boring - given the location and limited choices of activity. Getting here by bus could also be a challenge - probably get a taxi.

Nice place, you can see all types of the architecture styles of the country, e.g. Ohrid, Struga, Kumanovo etc. houses. There are also several restaurants here, with traditional and international cuisine.
Small playground provides fun to the kids, adults can spend money with purchasing local stuffs (iron, silver works, pottery etc.)
Entrance is free.

A beautiful place where you can enjoy the fresh air and the landscape while learning something new about the Macedonian architecture and culture. There is a hotel which you can stay in. You can also dine in the authentic Macedonian restaurant enjoying traditional dishes. It is a must-visit!
