Pretty cool place for a drink with your friends. Plays mainly rock music, sometimes retro music. Drinks are fair price. Sometimes it's overcrowded and the smoker's zone (located just outside the bar) has no ventilation which makes it a terrible place to be if you don't smoke and there's no place inside the bar.

Nice cafe on the second floor of TC.BISER. Nice outdoor seating,quite,out of traffic . Nice pepole,perfect service .

One of those places where you can relax with good music and a cold beer. The friendly stuff and low prices make this bar even better.
