The worst hotel I have been. Doesn't value for the money. Increased the prize when paying for 30%. The room was very small, cold and no heating. Do not recommend this place.

We spend one night in this hotel.Very quite place.Room was comfortable and very clean.Wi-fi in the room,clean bathroom and comfortable bed.

Very nice place, especially restaurant. Free parking space just in front of the hotel. Possibility to pay by credit card. Good and cheap food in restaurant. The room was quite small but for sleeping enough.

Good location place. Food was ok. Not the best. Service little bit bad. But maybe because we were on Easter day and it was raining. Not so expensive menu. We enjoyed outside terrace. Nice that few steps forward and from hotel you get in old city with their famous bridges.

Es el único hotel del pueblo. Tiene unas bonitas vistas, situado al lado del río. Mucha gente viene solo para comer o cenar. El desayuno es muy completo. El servicio es muy amable y personalizado. Una semana alojada aquí y los camareros y recepcionistas nos enseñaban la ciudad y se animaban para salir juntos de fiesta en su tiempo libre. Todo estaba siempre muy limpio. Habitaciones bien equipadas, aunque no muy amplias pero lo suficiente. En los baños tienen duchas, en lugar de bañeras. Se puede comer o tomar algo en cualquiera de sus terrazas. Si se lo pides, puede que te laven la ropa gratis. En la parte de abajo tiene diferentes salones. Es un edificio con mucha luz natural. Lo recomiendo. Si vienes a Kratovo sin duda, es la mejor opción.
