The view of the lake is fabulous, even in winter. The spa is exquisite and the service is top notch. The rooms are fairly sized, but the bathrooms can be tight to move around.

The room was okej, however cleanlines needs improvement. The bathtub was mouldy, glasses not clean. The hotel locations offers stunning views. In the middle of the night, whoever comes drunk and singing you can hear. We had a double bed with the separate duves, kind a strange. The linen was clean but it looked not ironed all wrinckled. The breakfast was good, variety of options, american pancakes were the best. You have to go in clothes down in the Spa, and eventualy get a locker if any free, they do not provide bathrobes or let you walk around wraped in a towel. The swimming pool is warm and clean in the morning as it gets quite dirty in the evening, probably from all the guests going in it.

I really liked the place, we enjoyed in maximums :) they had great indoor swimming pool with nice and clean hamam and sauna. The only reason why i put 4 stars is while we were at the pool and sauna, mostly of the costumers were Albanians and none of the workers knew how to speak Albanian. They speak either Macedonian or lil English :) other than that very very satisfied. Will go back again for sure :)

One of the best hotels in town and I would say one of the best in the country. It has everything that one five star hotel needs to have. Their aqua park is incredible and fun. You can't get a better view of the lake then from the rooms that this hotel offers. Their restaurant is very professional and they have delicious food. Reasonably expensive place

Beautiful hotel by the sea.
The food here is marvelous comprising of more than 40 varieties.
Fully halal food.
The room is clean with all amenities.
Free wifi is strong and autoloaded.
There is a garden in front of it.
A water park is available at the seaside.

broken tiles, fix on the wall took 3 days to clean.
The food is not very diverse
However, amazing crew, helping, nice, patient.

Aquapark: The place is too loud. The two bars play different music each louder than the other - it is unbearable. The water sprinkles and the air compression machine - all too loud.
It is out of sync with the surroundings - I can only imagine how it is for the monks in the monastery just underneath the aquapark! I wish the peace and quiet were accentuated, it should be a place of relaxation and meditation.
It is also too bright because of the white floor, one can't keep the eyes open. Greenery and natural shade must be added.
The small shop hardly offers anything and by rudely high prices.
The water is too cold.
The floating rings are all broken. There are beds, umbrellas and buckets laying around everywhere, making a mess. The staff is moody.
Only one toilet cabin for ladies is in function and hygiene has to be improved.
I am only giving two stars because they have bins for sorting recyclables!response / report this review -

Rude staff. Hard to communicate with them as they only know Macedonian. They do not allow food or drinks within the Aqua Park so you are forced to spend money at their restaurant which is highly overpriced and not good at all. On top of that the food gave me food poisoning and I threw up when I got home. Three of the slides did not work and the others would randomly stop working throughout the day. The life guards were absent at most of the slides so people would jump one after the other and hit each other while sliding down the slides. It was very stressful and dangerous as someone could get knocked out by getting hit from someone from behind and then drown in the water below. My advice would be to not waste your money here and steer clear.

The waterpark is great because there are no rules and you can go down the slides in groups of 8 people if you want. Also, the floor is made of beautiful marble. It looks great but marble isn't meant for wet feet to walk on; by the end of the day the entire park is 3cm deep with water and everybody has to shuffle around so they don't slip. It's genuinely an awesome time, just be careful. Added a photo of 4 or 5 of us going down one slide.

Stayed one night in this "hotel" and in the middle of the winter the room temperature is 14 C inside the room. Outdoor temp -2. The central heating system did not work at all. I went to reception and the guy said no prob we will fix !! They didnt.
I asked them for blanket, Instead they brought me mattress.
So i got cold that night and they totaly ruined my week -end.

Nice hotel, not 5 * but good enough. Prices are high in the region (eg. Beer 0.3 is 3 Eur), rooms are clean but not big, fridge is not working properly (do not chill down your drinks), wifi is weak in some rooms.
Food (dinner, lunch ) os amazingly good and plenty l, various. Staff is friendly and pro.
Wellness is not a big deal, one sauna, one stream bath and a Turkish bath, one swimming poll (although just sauna was working).response / report this review -

The aqua park is overpriced! They don't let you bring in snacks and water just so you will spend more money to buy them there - which is okay if the prices weren't over the roof. Water isn't safe for drinking so they make you buy overpriced water in a small bottle so you will have to go back and buy another one.. A labeled can of coke (it's says 25 denars on the label because the factory doesn't allow these drink to be sold for more) is sold for 100 denars.. The cheapest food you can get is a burger and is 2.5 times more than in the city centre of Struga and Ohrid. I understand why sometimes places like these bump up the prices but the burger we got didn't fit the expectations (or the picture on the menu), didn't have salad- tomato and cucumber, it just had a small dry piece of chicken breast and a piece of bread, on top of that we waited for nearly an hour..I give this place a rating of 1, if I could I would've given less
