Five star Hotel and restaurant. I felt very nice in this comfortable place. Food is delicious and staff is proffesional and friendly. Moderate pricing. Also they accept Lyoness-cashback card.We will visit City Palace again soon!

Nice room layout in delux with a bath in the corner with lake and hills views.
Very clean with good ammenaties and located very close to everything. 5 min to more cafe, restaurants than you could visit in many months.response / report this review -

Хороший отель. Отличное место, настоящая южная набережная! Вид из окна на озеро очень хорош. Разумные цены.

We accidentally left our camera on the reception desk - this was confirmed by the hotel -- who
promised to forward it onto our home address - we offered to pay the postage and handling costs and
two subsequent emails requesting the amount involved were ignored - we have not received our
camera with holiday pics only special to us and have come to the conclusion that it must be still
at the hotel or in the hands of a hotel employee - not a good look for this hotel -
Our camera has finally arrived - well done and thank you Hotel City Palace - We did enjoy our

we are staying at this hotel at the moment and we really like it. they was nice personel and nice food. to bad the souna and the jacuzzi aint finished yet.
