Interesting place but the resturant is not the best. Ok place to visit but eat in town.

The complex is amazing, nice old houses from every part of Macedonia.Unfortunately I can't say the same for the restaurant. After we made reservation we waited 20 min to give us a table,we never got the manu, and finaly when the waiter passed us a few times it was time to leave the place.Dont know about the food but it is not cheep.

Pleasantly surprised of the fact that I know the same place to be a meadow, with lot of oak and walnut trees. Now became a little "hidden" treasure of our culture showing the way of life in the 19th century

Very nice resort. Good food and good wine, brand new buildings. Based on the hills 20 mins outside central Skopje.

    Sweet, but small place.
Houses from different regions and times in Macedonia are recreated here.

There is also tiny museum with traditional clothes.

You can take bus #27 from the city centre and back.

    Entrance is free

I visited in late January, in snowy winter. The place was amazing! Only the small streets inside were a bit slippery and was almost impossible to move in inappropriate shoes.

A place which if you haven't seen, you haven't missed anything. An attempt to replicate the traditional houses throughout Macedonia, but rather bias and not all inclusive. Once you are already here, it is worth seeing the Church of St. Panteleimon.

Would be great if the employees could at least speak basic English.

And for the waitresses to smoke while taking orders, nice touch!

The menu is extensive, but in reality they have just a third of the items on the menu.

At least our waiter was good.
