The rooms are dark and sombre, reception staff are okay, the guy who serves breakfast is very poor, toasts and coffee are cold, scrambled eggs are not scrambled and come with bits of unknown brown flakes, if you miss his breakfast two days in a row, he will suspect you are down with some infectious diseases

The best part of the experience is no doubt the service, joined by the perfect location only minutes from the center. The only downside is the wifi not being able to reach every room such as mine (104).

Definitely do not choose. Approved to sell our reservation to others to offer us to stay in an apartment they thought we had a place in the hotel again, we went to see what we see even let the animals can not live in a filthy place of course we have to find another hotel and humanity management

We booked the hotel through booking. We then received a message stating that there is a problem with the credit card by phone, we will call the hotel and ask whether there is a problem in the separation of the rooms and we have no problems waiting for you they said and we believe that they say they are sold in a very comfortable manner to reach the hotel is not in their hands. and if we want a 3-room dailer said that we can all stay there, we have 8 people in total, one of them is our 80-year-old father and one of our 5-year-old daughter, unfortunately we have a lot of options, but we can not even live in a bedbug they said. We can not find in the hotel because we have feast in the middle of the suitcase and elsa hotel exhibited the attitude of the hotel is not human at all. There may be mistakes, but they acted so bad that I can't put it into words. I had stayed in Skopje through booking before and never experienced such problems. After this problem, at least one person who does not wish to apologize, no one should stay in a hotel run. Do not choose the quiet elsa hotel during your trip to Skopje .

We booked the Elsa hotel through booking for 7 people in 3 rooms in full. The next day we set off from Skopje on the way from Ohrid I called the hotel for 2 hours there are no problems, even though they say there is no problem we have learned that they have given our rooms to others. They didn't even apologize, the sullen gentleman at the reception said that the manager of the smashed rooms gave the others. We were in the middle of a bunch of luggage with our child and old father. We looked for hours in another hotel. The hotel was outrageous because of the Elsa hotel. definitely do not recommend Elsa Hotel in Skopje. They were rude, but they didn't even apologize.

Very, very good hotel!

I like the hotel very much, especialy the location. It is in the city center and it was close to the company that I had to do business with. The parking is 150m from the hotel, but it was a secure and safe parking with video and porter, and most important it was free of charge!
The rooms was large, bright and clean. The breakfast was very tasty. I like how the staff always make sure if everything is ok and if you need something they go beyond to do it for you.
I am definitely staying again at Elsa Hotel next time I am in Skopje!

Location is superb as it is approx 3min. from the main square in Skopje. A short walk will take you to the main sights. The hotel is undergoing some renovations but all-in-all was very nice. The staff ensure that guests adhere to the hotel rules so that everyone can enjoy there stay. Rooms aren't huge but they are clean and modern, with a comfortable queen bed and hot shower. Great value for money overall.

My wife and I booked a room through their website. When we arrived that night, there wasn't any parking to be found. We called the hotel and they were Very helpful in giving us directions to a parking near the hotel, which was free of charge. It was a short walk to the hotel, about 200m. When we arrived the staff was friendly and nice. We made our way up to our room in the elevator. The room was nice. On the small side but what do you need a big room for when you're in Skopje for a few days. It was very clean, quiet, and even had a small safe for your valuables. The bed was comfortable. It's walking distance to many attractions. I would recommend this place for your next visit.

I stayed here last week for 2 nights. I received a free room upgrade for my reservation, which was a deluxe room. The room had a big, clean bathroom with jacuzzi hot tub. The room was big, clean and very quiet.
I had a very delightful stay at the hotel. (Y)

Great location, veri close to square with Alexander.
The room was big, bright, clean and comfortable, with a big jacuzi bath. Reception very quick check-in and friendly staff. Very nice service.

Excellent hotel. I stayed there for 3 days and my experience was very good! Right in the center of Skopje, everything that is interesting is close by.

I have stayed in this hotel yesterday, during my business trip to Skopje. I have couple of friends in Skopje and I invited them to my room to chat, but at 1am I got call in my room from the front desk agent asking me how long my friends are gonna stay. I was surprised asking me this question. He told me that they can not spend the night in my room. I explained him , that there is only one bed and it's not possible for three big guys to sleep in , anyway. We were just talking, catching up. A half an hour later I got another call from the same guy, telling me in a very rude way, that if my friends won't leave the room, I'll be in trouble. So I was forced to send my friends away...
Another thing , that came to my attention were the dirty bathroom, I found a lot of dust and little pieces of paper in the bathroom drawers. To sum up, for my money I received a bad attitude and a dirty room.
I will never book a room in the same hotel ever again. I would not recommend to a friend !

There is free WiFi... And it is awful. It drops every half an hour and if you connect it is very slow you cant do any work over Internet there. My bathroom has a drawer with dead insects in it. Most of the staff is not well trained and they don't know how to treat business guests. I advise: avoid this hotel. At least I know it will be my last time visiting. There are a lot of nicer hotels in the area.

Ende Mai war ich drei Tage im Hotel Elsa, das mich sehr enttäuscht hat,
Die ersten zwei Tage gab es kein warmes Wasser. Es funktionierten nicht:
der Eisschrank, WLAN und TV. Und das obwohl es ich um ein 4-Sterne-Hotel handelt.
