I have visited the hotel few times, only for conferences and training. The conference rooms and the roof top are marvelous and well equiped The employees are very nice and the service is super! Including the catering and the lunch and dinner food. 👍🏻👍🏻👌🏻👌🏻 One of the best places in Skopje for events.

Rude front desk staff. Also messed up my reservation at both ends and then treated me like a homeless vagrant who had wandered in to steal (I was there to present at a conference at the same hotel). Location is bad. Managers are incompetent and don't seem to understand customer service. Bad experience, and max. 3-star hotel in any case, definitely not 5-star. Rooms look like a medium-end motel, no toiletries provided, the queen beds are actually just full sized. I stayed at five other hotels while in Macedonia, and only had problems at this one.

Good rooms for conferences and professional events, rooms for visitors are also quite luxurious, the location is near a large street, can be slightly noisy and not as convenient. There's a park with cafes nearby and you can get to the river from the park if you want a riverside walk. You can also easily get to some nice places if you're okay with a 10-20min walk and there's a bus station nearby so you can get a bus too.

The architecture is perfect, but the service is not up to a 5 star hotel. We had long wait times in the restaurant and got cold food. There were not even many guests. The staff at the bar did not pay attention either and we left without drinks. You need to get the basics right first. Any other restaurant can serve warm food and on time.
At the breakfast its the same. There is no service. The waiters don’t even say good morning. There is nobody to show you your table. They don’t serve food or drinks. Its all self service. As if they were not trained once how to interact with guests. That is not good enough for a 5 star hotel. Not for any hotel.
I am puzzled why anybody would invest millions into a beautiful building, but then not care about the service.response / report this review -

It is definitely very good hotel. Location is very convenient,just a few minutes drive from center. Pleasant stay with very good service. Rooms are specious with nice equipment. This hotel has free parking and free spa access for hotel guests. Spa is very good. Not to many choices,but it has nice swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sauna ( it also has Turkish bath but it was out of function during my visit). Spacious fitness is right next to the spa. During the weekend they were not crowded,which is quite good given that they have paid access for external visitors. Overall,nice place to stay during Skopje visit.
