Not too easy to find, secretly hidden behind Hospital Sistina, but worth to find. Coffee (Arabica, Vienna, Columbia) is really good, if you sit outside you have a view to the bank of River Vardar. You can barely find any tourist here, just locals and applicants from the neighbouring companies (car dealers, hospitals etc.).
Food is good, soups, stews and pizzas can be ordered.
WIFI is free, code is provided by the waitress.
