  During last two years I am responsable for the Center Macedonia , Professional kitchen, office covering the region of West Balkans, mainly involved in Sales and Marketing, coordinating the project, logistics and aftersales activities. Some of the main duties are planning and leading the yearly sales budget to its fulfillment through partners and direct chanells, as well as reporting on the actual, expected and budgeted figured, down to the operational result. On the otherside within my responsabilities are all the marketing issues; from presentations for final clients, media planning, trainings for chefs and partners staff, organising events, etc.
