Had a very bad experience last night. Even after making a reservation and going on time, the manager disregarded it and did not escort us to the table reserved, but asked the hostess to bring us to an area (the second floor) that only has tables and chairs and no dancefloor. He also replied rudely when asked if we could swap and behaved as if we were not good enough for the club.

Worst experience in Macedonija!!! Not only we had to repeat the order 3 times within 30 minutes because the waiter wasnt able to write it down or remember but the food was way below average and the cocktails had no taste nor alcohol but were very expensive instead. We highly recommend to go to any other restaurant/bar in Skopje and not go to Casa Cubana! The Margerita was made with no fruits nor ice and didnt see a blender. So we asked if we could return, they said "no problem" but they still put it on the bill, even though we didnt drink it! The waiter even told us that this is the policy of the house! If you wanna have good service and good drinks, do not, and i repeat, do not go to casa cubana!!! They really dont care about customers!!!!

I am leaving 1 star for lack of option to leaving 0 star. I had the worst experience tonight at Casa Cubana. First of all, we had to order our dinner THREE times. Our waiter kept forgetting our order and sending a new waiter to ask what we wanted. We did not order anything fancy, only two items from their menu which we even pointed out to them explicitly. I ordered a margarita, I had one sip and almost choked. It was so bad, it was undrinkable. Even if it wasn't perfect I would've drank it but I just could not even swallow it. I told the waiter and got another drink. This new drink was basically juice but I kept it and drank it.
When the bill came we noticed that the margarita was charged and told them about it. Our waiter told another waiter who then came to us to tell us that even if it was bad and send it back and didn't drink it, we still had to pay for it. We asked for the manager and supossedly there was no one on site. Avoid this place and avoid the bad experience not worth it. Bad service and even worse drinks. Food was OK (not really Cuban). Worst case please at least avoid their margaritas!response / report this review -

The worst place you can ever visit in Skopje. High prices and awful service. There were same people that left the place and the menager offered us this table. After sitting with cocktails on the table there is this rude waitress telling us that there is a reservation for the table, without having any. And she offers us a table too far. We didn't accepted. After a while there is this random couple seeking a table like us and asking for free table as we heard and no reservation. And the waitress comes and says this are the people. So we payd right off with drinks not a half drinked, and we left the place FOREVER informing the guy who told us to sit. The guy did not reacted, but it was already too late.
